We operate 12 daycares around the Houston, TX area. We have used most of the childcare management software’s out there. All software’s lacked some aspect of the running the childcare business. We started developing our own process and over 3 years developed a childcare management software that will help a childcare owner operate their child care center with higher profitability, and most importantly provide services that will take tedious work out of their Staff’s schedule
Nearly a decade ago, three of our founders, Kashif Hirani, Azmina Balsara, and Shahin Nanji, started their first childcare center in Sugar Land, Texas. While running the center’s day-to-day operations, they soon realized they needed management software to help with the different components of daily operations.
They tried several available childcare software management tools and quickly realized each had strengths and challenges. The biggest challenge was that none of the management tools were “all-inclusive,” which would enable them to manage ALL aspects of their childcare center. Some could do billing well, while others could do staff management well. But none of it provided them with a one-stop shop platform they could use. Therefore, we had no choice but to toggle between different software to meet the needs for just one center!
Over the years, as we grew and started more childcare centers, we realized the value of having just ONE comprehensive software management tool to enable us to run our childcare centers efficiently. As such, three years ago, we partnered with technology experts and began the journey of designing and developing our own management software.
Three years and many trials later, we successfully developed a management tool that provides us and other childcare business owners the one-stop management tool we all need.
